In order to allow for a more effective and efficient process, all new ARC applications should now be sent to both Cardinal Management Group at g.pichardo@cardinalmanagementgroup.com and the ARC at wdlynarc@gmail.com. The updated application form, which is linked below and includes the email addresses noted above, can also be found in the Community Handbook.
