The Board of Directors typically meets the second Wednesday of each month via Zoom. Any changes to the schedule are publicized in advance. Minutes are posted after they are approved by the board during the following month’s meeting. Annual meeting minutes must be approved by the ownership at the following year’s annual meeting before they are posted. Architectural Review Committee (ARC) meeting minutes can be accessed via the Cardinal Management Homeowner Portal.
