Need to arrive late or leave early? No worries! Board meetings typically last at least an hour, and board members encourage the active participation of all homeowners. Agenda items for Monday’s meeting will include the following:
– Review drainage repair estimates
– Finalize concrete repair dates
– Discuss getting signatures/votes for the Declaration revision
– Discuss ARC violation second notices
