At this time, American Disposal Services is still planning to pick up trash in our neighborhood tomorrow, Saturday, January 20. If the board receives notice of any changes to the schedule, we will inform the community. The full message from the trash company is as follows:
Fairfax County residents with Monday or Tuesday service will have their trash collected on Saturday, January 20. Recycling will not be serviced this Saturday. Normal trash and recycling collection will resume next week.
Please also take note that trash and recycling should never be placed outside during the daytime. We ask that you only place items outside after dusk the night before pickup. All empty cans must also be moved back into your home or yard the evening of pickup day.
