The board has received the following update from American Disposal Services.
Fairfax County residents with Monday or Tuesday service will have their trash collected on Saturday, January 20. Recycling will not be serviced this Saturday. Normal trash and recycling collection will resume next week.
If you have already placed trash or recycling items outside, we kindly ask that you move them back into your home or yard. Please also take note that trash and recycling should never be placed outside during the daytime. We ask that you only place items outside after dusk the night before pickup. All empty cans must also be moved back into your home or yard the evening of pickup day.
