The January 25, 2023, annual meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. All homeowners should receive an informational packet and ballot in the mail this week. A copy of the packet, which includes login details, is also available below. As explained in the packet, we will be giving away one month’s free assessment to one homeowner. Any homeowner who submits a proxy ballot is eligible to win.
Due to the virtual setting, there will be no voting conducted during the meeting. In order to establish quorum and vote for board candidates, you MUST send in your ballot by mail or email, per the instructions outlined in the packet. An emailed photo of your ballot is acceptable. Your ballot must be received by 12 p.m. on January 25, 2023.
