To report fallen tree limbs in the common area, please email the following Cardinal Management Group contacts: s.love@cardinalmanagementgroup.com, g.eaton@cardinalmanagementgroup.com and v.garner@cardinalmanagementgroup.com. All of these individuals are working together to address the reported issues. Please provide the nearest street address and, if possible, a photo. This information will help our contractor locate the tree.
In the event of a power outage in our community, residents are advised to contact Dominion Energy via the following link or by phone at (866) 366-4357. This will allow you to report an outage or check the status of repairs. Dominion also advises residents to call them immediately in the event of any downed power lines.
As outlined in the Community Handbook (pg. 11), residents are asked to take responsibility for shoveling out their own cars and walkways, as well as the sidewalks bordering their homes, as these services will not be provided. It is required that the sidewalks bordering your property be cleared. The board also asks that you avoid using salt or ice melt, as they can damage the sidewalks. Please use sand or cat litter instead.
