Management and the Board of Directors will be performing an inspection of the association’s common grounds in early April. The primary focus of this inspection is to review our contractors’ performance, and consider any needed improvements and repairs that may be necessary. Particular attention will also be given to developing a list of encroachments into the common area.
Personal storage and planting in the common area without board approval is not permitted. We have noticed an increase in residents caring for and/or extending their personal space into the common area. While we appreciate the desire to spruce up surrounding areas, we will be discussing as a board how to address this concern, as we must enforce the association’s governing documents equally and fairly across our membership, and in the best interest of the association as a whole. If you have personal belongings in the common area, we suggest that you please remove them at this time.
Thanks for your cooperation! Please contact the board at woodlynnedir@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
