As posted earlier this year, Cardinal Management Group is phasing out its previous online payment platform, PayLease, and directing all future payments exclusively to MutualPay Property Pay. Benefits of the new platform include faster processing of payments and lower transaction fees for homeowners.
If you currently have recurring payments set up through PayLease, please log on to paylease.com to deactivate your auto-pay schedule. As of December 31, 2019, all recurring payments via PayLease will be automatically cancelled and the system disabled. You can instead visit mutualpaypropertypay.com to set up recurring payments or make a one-time payment. The processing fees are referenced below.

E-Check or Mobile Check: $1.95
Credit or Debit Card: 2.95% of Payment Amount
