High Wind Warning In Effect for Friday: Avoid Putting Out Trash, If Possible

The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning for our area tomorrow, Friday, March 2, from 3 a.m. to 7 p.m. If possible, please avoid putting out your trash for Friday pickup, and hold on to it until next Tuesday. If you do decide to put trash out, please do all you can to make sure it is secure.

Residents are also asked to secure items in their yards and follow the guidelines outlined via Fairfax County Emergency Information.

In the event of any downed trees, contact David Crone with Cardinal Management at 703-565-5010 (direct) or 703-569-5797 (main office). You should also email both David at D.Crone@CardinalManagementGroup.com and the board at woodlynnedir@gmail.com. Downed power lines should be reported to Dominion Energy at 1-866-366-4357.

For additional information, see Fairfax County Emergency Information. Thank you for your cooperation, and stay safe!
