New Cardinal Management Web Portal For Homeowners

Cardinal Management Group recently introduced a new web portal that will allow you, as a WoodLynne homeowner, to send messages to management, view your payment status, view violation notices and set up direct debit payments if you haven’t already. You can register for CINC and get additional information via the links below. Certain features are still being rolled out, and depending when you register, they may not all be available yet.

Please note that this new portal DOES NOT replace our current WoodLynne website, woodlynnehoa.com. The board will continue to share documents, minutes and timely information via our own website. We are also still using our paper ARC Application for Exterior Modification, available at woodlynnehoa.com, for all homeowners wishing to make architectural improvements to their homes. While we hope to transition to providing a digital application via CINC in the future, this function is not yet ready.
