Virtual Annual Meeting: Thursday, January 13 @ 7 p.m.

The January 13, 2022, annual meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. All homeowners should have received an informational packet and ballot in the mail. A copy of the packet is also available below, along with the meeting registration link. Please note that the login credentials for our regular monthly board meetings will not work for the annual meeting.

Due to the virtual setting, there will be no voting conducted during the meeting. In order to establish quorum and vote for board candidates, you MUST send in the ballot you received in the mail. Your ballot must be received by 5 p.m. on January 12, 2022.

As explained in the packet, we will be giving away one month’s free assessment to one homeowner. Additional items donated by members of the community will also be given away, and we will post a list soon.
