As noted in the attached memo, the Pool Committee has voted to remove restrictions that were put into place due to the coronavirus pandemic. Effective immediately, the pool hours will change to: Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you have not been vaccinated, you will be required to wear a mask while in the pool facility.
Sanitizing stations and Plexiglas will stay in place, and residents are encouraged to continue to practice social distancing. Residents will no longer have to leave the pool facility during the 30-minute cleaning breaks, and there is no longer an occupancy limit.
Guests will be permitted. If you would like to request a guest pass, email Shayla Love at s.love@cardinalmanagementgroup.com. Please include your name and address. Any residents who have not received their pool passes for 2021 should also email Shayla.
Due to the cost of postage, and to conserve time, all guest passes and blue key chain pool passes will be delivered to the lifeguard station weekly. Residents whose passes are left at the guard station will be sent an email confirmation noting the date their passes will be available. All residents will be required to show proof of ID, and must sign for the release of the passes.
All children over the age of 2 will need to have pool passes. If your child has never received a pass, please contact Shayla, and she will issue the pass free of charge.
