The January 2021 annual meeting will be held 100 percent virtually via Zoom. Due to the virtual setting, there will be no voting conducted during the meeting. In order to establish quorum and vote for board candidates, you MUST send in the ballot you received in the mail this week. Your ballot must be received by 5 p.m. on January 13, 2021.
The meeting registration details and ballot submission instructions were provided by mail. If you need a digital copy of the Zoom registration link, email the board at woodlynnedir@gmail.com. The annual meeting registration link and login details are different from those provided for our regular monthly meetings. If you wish to attend the annual meeting, you must register using the link that was provided in the mailer packet.
