With the summer season upon us, we would like to remind all residents to observe the posted speed limits in our neighborhood, and watch out for children while driving. Parents should also supervise their children outdoors when using the common area and sidewalks. Children should not play or ride bikes in the parking lots.
While toys and recreational equipment, including bikes, sports gear and beach chairs, are permitted for outdoor use during the day, these items may not be left out in front yards or the common area overnight, as they can pose a safety hazard, encourage theft and detract from curb appeal.
