Duplicate Coupon Books Sent In Error

The board has received the following information from our property manager regarding the duplicate coupon books distributed to our community.

“WoodLynne owners received two sets of coupon books in error. We have discovered this error was made by South Data due to a glitch in their system. They will not charge WoodLynne or Cardinal for this mistake. Residents can disregard the duplicate copy (they are identical). We regret the mix-up and appreciate residents bringing it to our attention.” WoodLynne will also not be charged for postage.
