Need to arrive late or leave early? No worries! Board meetings typically last at least an hour, and board members encourage the active participation of all homeowners. Agenda items for Monday’s meeting will include the following:
– 2019 budget
– Annual inspection update
– Declaration voting update
– Community drainage & summary of walk-through with engineer
– Reserve study update
– Community tree maintenance
– Snow removal contract for 2018-19
