From Kathy: Thanks to the homeowners who attended Monday’s community meeting. We had a very nice turnout! Mr. Robert Brant, from the Chadwick Washington, WoodLynne’s attorneys, was present to guide us through the revisions presented by the homeowner staffed committee. There was active participation from those who attended and some detailed questions which took more time than anticipated. Therefore, we did not discuss all of the revisions. Mr. Brant will be present at our November meeting to be held on 11/16/2015 at Bonnie Brea Elementary School at 7:00 to complete the discussion. If you were unable to attend on Monday, but have questions or concerns and have the time, please attend November’s meeting. You can also send your questions to the board at woodlynnedir@gmail.com.
Thanks to everyone who worked on the revisions. The thoughtful way in which they were drafted will serve WoodLynne well in the future. The plan is to have the revisions completed and ready for a vote at the annual meeting in January 2016.
